This characterful property combines beautiful historic features with the modern luxury of a solar heated swimming pool, and fine furnishings. The large kitchen is the heart of the house with views over the village square and a 12th Century church.
The comfortable lounge with a small library leads to a spacious formal dining room.
There are peaceful gardens with vines and palms, an ornate Italian garden set around a fountain and a lawn for games. Additionally there's a large outdoor dining area and several private seating areas.
The bedroom layout is ideal for two families with 1 King and 1 Twin bedded room at each end of the house.
There is ample parking at the house. Although we cannot supply electric charging for vehicles there are charging stations close by.
The swimming pool room has high ceilings and open beams which give a wonderful sense of light and space. The pool's solar heating is weather dependent so is cooler over the winter and spring months.
wifi is meshed throughout the house and is also available in parts of the garden.
Satellite tv and Chromecast give a wide choice of viewing and additionally we have a large choice of DVD's (mainly English although other languages can often be selected).
